Shipping & Delivery Policy: All documents are delivered digitally via our secure platform or by email, included at no additional cost. Printed copies are available upon request. Client is responsible for shipping costs, but free pickup is available at our office during business hours.
Refund Policy: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in each client’s Letter of Engagement. Please note that an administrative fee will always apply, and services already rendered are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in your agreement.
Cancellation Policy: For service-based agreements, cancellation terms are governed by the Letter of Engagement. For meetings or appointments, at least 3 business days notice is required. Any work completed before cancellation remains billable.
